Course Materials

For the first time, written materials for the Institute will be posted on the Minnesota CLE website before the Institute, accessible to all persons registered for the conference. Review the materials to help make the best possible breakout session selections, download the materials to your iPad and bring them to the conference, or begin your study early.

On the day of the Institute, all attendees also will receive the 2012 Real Estate Handbook on CD-ROM. In addition, at each session you attend, you’ll receive a set of that session’s materials from the Handbook in hardcopy form so that you can follow along. It’s the best of both worlds!

In addition to the Institute Handbook, attendees also will receive new Legal QuickSheets^TM. 

If you are not able to attend the Real Estate Institute, you still may obtain the incredibly valuable Institute manual.
