Masters in Trial

Minnesota CLE is pleased to co-sponsor this unique seminar with the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

A unique opportunity to watch a trial demonstration from opening statements to jury deliberations.

This is a rare opportunity to be “in the courtroom” to observe the styles and techniques of some of Minnesota’s – and America’s – leading trial lawyers as they present a case before a presiding judge and a jury, complete with witnesses, experts, courtroom visuals and actual jury deliberations.

The skills you will see demonstrated in this personal injury trial are applicable to virtually every other civil case.

Eleven experienced trial lawyers will participate in this damages trial, which explores nuances of traumatic brain injuries received by a young RN in an auto accident. She has brought suit against the drivers of the two cars for $300,000 in medical expenses and alleging permanent neurological impairment, headaches and personality change. The defense will show that she was able to successfully complete a year-long intensive specialty training post-accident and is functioning at a high level.

This seminar will be valuable to attorneys who are just beginning their litigation practice as well as the experienced attorney who would appreciate observing and learning new ideas and methods.

Comments from previous attendees:

Seeing several highly skilled trial lawyers at work and observing the jury deliberation was an excellent learning opportunity.

Fabulous! Best CLE seminar I’ve ever been to.

Interesting to see the styles and techniques of successful trial lawyers.

Realism! Great to watch “real-life” direct and cross-examination.
