New Law Series: What’s New in Article 9?

In this presentation, speakers will review the revisions to Article 9 of the UCC that will become effective in Minnesota in 2013, including the extent to which other states have adopted the revisions and the effects (if any) of non-uniformity. The presentation will also include a brief review of significant recent cases involving secured transactions and Article 9.
