Advanced Health Law Series: Advanced Fraud and Abuse Issues

Part of the Advanced Health Law Series co-sponsored by Health Law Institute at Hamline University School of Law and Minnesota CLE. Combating fraud and abuse is a priority for federal agencies and the U.S. Attorney’s office in particular. Based on recent legislation to enhance enforcement capabilities, there is reason to expect even more government enforcement activity in the future. In this webcast, Professor Lucinda Jesson will lead a discussion of advanced topics related to fraud and abuse.
