Credits 2012 Criminal Justice Institute Minnesota CLE has applied to the Minnesota State Board of CLE for 12.5 CLE credits, including 2.0 elimination of bias credits for breakout #26. If you attend breakout #26 and claim the elimination of bias credits, you must deduct the special credits from the 12.5 hours of standard credit. In no case may you claim more than 12.5 total credits for the 2012 Criminal Justice Institute. Application also has been made to the MN Peace Officer Standards and Training Board for 12.0 POST credits.
