		<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px">
		<font face="Arial" size="2">Minnesota CLE is applying to the Minnesota 
		State Board of CLE for <b>6.0 total CLE credits (5.0 standard + 1.0 
		ethics).</b> Breakout session #9 qualifies as 1.25 ethics credit. 
		Attendees of breakout #9 may report 2.25 ethics credits and 3.75 
		standard CLE credits for a total of 6.0 credits. The maximum number of 
		total credits attendees may report for the ADR Institute is 6.0.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 12px">
		<font face="Arial" size="2">The ADR Institute also qualifies for <b>6.0 
		continuing education in ADR credits</b> which are required by the 
		Minnesota Supreme Court to remain on the state roster of ADR neutrals.</font></p></td>
