Minnesota CLE Season PassSM - Terms and Conditions

Please read completely and carefully.

Who Can Use the Minnesota CLE Season PassSM:
The Pass cannot be used by anyone other than the individual to whom the Pass is issued. Passholders will not be admitted without their Pass. Each Passholder will be required to produce his or her Pass and a photo-bearing ID card at the course.

Pass Term Extensions:
Under no circumstances will the term of any Pass be extended beyond the 12-month period you select. Your Pass will be valid for 12 months, beginning on the start date you choose. You may choose one of the following dates as the start date for your Pass: January 1, March 1, May 1, July 1, September 1, or November 1.

Tuition-Free Admission Guarantee:
The Minnesota CLE Season PassSM guarantees the Passholder tuition-free admission to Minnesota CLE seminars presented in Minnesota during the term of the Pass, provided the registration is received by Minnesota CLE at least two weeks prior to the course. Passholders who register less than two weeks prior to the start of the course will be admitted, tuition-free, only if space is available.

Amenities & Course Materials:
The Passholder is entitled, at no further cost, to all course materials and other amenities furnished tuition-paying registrants at any course the Passholder attends for full CLE credit under the rules of the Continuing Education of the Bar promulgated by the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Board of Continuing Legal Education. Sorry, but you cannot just stop by to pick up course materials - the Pass is designed to provide for CLE credit through attendance at seminars.

How Courses Count Against the 10-Course Pass:
The 10-Course Pass entitles the Passholder to tuition-free admission to any ten Minnesota CLE seminars presented in Minnesota during the term of the Pass as follows: Each individual registration counts as one course toward the ten-course limit, regardless of the course length. This includes two-hour Convenience Series programs. Thus, if eight individual two-hour seminars comprise a Convenience Series, registering for the entire series results in eight of the ten course registrations on the Pass being used.

Webcast Seminars are NOT Included in the Season Pass:
Webcast seminars are not included in the 10-Course Season PassSM or the Unlimited Season PassSM.

Courses Not Covered by the Pass:
The Minnesota CLE Season PassSM does not provide tuition-free admission to small group, participatory skills training courses (e.g. Business BootCamp, multi-day ADR Mediation Training, etc.); or to any course presented, in whole or in part, outside the state of Minnesota; or for webcast seminars, but see below.

50% Discount on Webcast Seminars:
Season passholders may purchase webcast seminars offered during the term of the pass at 50% off their regular price.

50% Discount on Publications and Online Library:
Passholders may purchase any materials or online chapters published by Minnesota CLE for 50% of the full retail price. A full-year subscription to the Online Library is also available to Passholders at 50% of the full retail price. The Pass does not allow the 50% publications discount on materials distributed at Minnesota CLE participatory skills training courses, or materials from any courses presented, in whole or in part, outside the state of Minnesota.

Number of Passes Issued:
Minnesota CLE reserves the right to limit the number of Passes issued.
