The 2009 Update to the Minnesota Probate and Trust Law Deskbook utilizes a system of replacement pages to reflect and implement relevant 2009 legislative developments. Affected chapters include 289A Estate Tax Procedures; 291 Estate Tax; 501B Trusts; 523 Powers of Attorney; 524 Uniform Probate Code; and 525 Probate Proceedings. Also added is a new chapter covering important transfer on death deeds legislation.
