electronic version of our course materials library, containing chapters and 

forms that correspond to lectures delivered at live courses. The most recent 

versions of these chapters offer the timeliest information available on the 

topic in question. At the same time, the Online Library offers access to 

chapters and forms from years past, allowing users to revisit memorable seminar 

lectures or trace the recent history of a particular issue. </font></p>

the Online Library is provided in two ways   on a chapter-by-chapter basis or 

through an annual subscription. When used on a chapter-by-chapter (or

annual subscription   essentially, access to unlimited downloads for a year
