How do I register for the seminar?

How do I sign up for the cruise?

When should I plan to arrive in Seattle?

To ensure that you don't miss the ship's departure, plan to arrive in Seattle at least one day before the start of the cruise.

Can I register for the seminar and make my own arrangements for the cruise?

No. In order to participate in the seminar, you must book your cruise through our group travel website at Vacations to Go.

Are spouses, children and guests welcome on the cruise?

Of course! The only requirement is that one person per cabin must be registered for the Negotiation Skills Training seminar.

What is the cost to have children or additional guests in the cabin?

Lower rates are available for the 3rd and 4th guests in your cabin. For all cabins, the additional fare is $330 plus taxes and fees of $366.35 per person. When you enter the number of guests in your cabin on our group travel website at Vacations to Go, the adjusted pricing will appear.

Is the seminar approved for credit outside Minnesota?

That will be determined by the organization that accredits CLE programs in your state. We will be happy to provide you with course details and a certificate of attendance should you decide to apply for credit in another state.

When do I have to pay?

The $500 deposit per room is due to Vacations to Go when you book your cruise. Please see Cruise Price and Terms for more information.

The full seminar tuition fee is due to Minnesota CLE at the time you register for the seminar. Please see Seminar Price and Terms for more information.

What travel documents do I need?

A passport and a driver's license will be required. Please see complete travel documentation information on our group travel website at Vacations to Go.

Should I buy travel insurance?

What type of clothing should I bring?

We suggest bringing both warm and cold weather clothes and a rain jacket. Men should bring a suit and women should bring an evening gown or cocktail dress for the two formal night dinners.

Is this seminar tax deductible?

Consult with your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of this seminar.
