Becoming a Registered User / Logging In:
   
Q: Does Minnesota CLE share or sell addresses or other submitted information?
  A: No, Minnesota CLE does not share or sell mailing lists or other submitted information.
   
Q: When I try to “register as a new user,” I am not being recognized as an attorney.  Why?
  A: The Supreme Court has added leading zeros to some attorney license numbers. Try adding one or two leading zeros to the number. Example: If your number is 655555, try entering 0655555.
   
Q: What if I don’t remember my password?
  A: You can click on the “If you have forgotten your password click here” link at the bottom of the login page. Your password will be sent to your most current e-mail address we have on record.
   
Q: What if I don’t remember my password and my email address has changed?
  A: Send an email to us at cservice@minncle.org with your name and attorney license number or MSBA membership number. We will reply with your password. Once you log in with your old email address and password, you will be able to update your personal information on CLE website.

Q: Can I be billed when buying publications or registering for seminars online?
  A: You do need to use a credit card when making purchases online. If you do not have a credit card available and need to be billed, please fax, mail, email, or call in your order.
   
Q: Is my transaction secured?
  A: All credit card information is secured by SSL Encryption.
   
Q: When is the latest that I can register online, and still have my name appear on the registration list?
  A: You should register at least two business days prior to the seminar to guarantee that your name appears on the registration list.
   
Q: Can I cancel a seminar registration or publication order online?
  A: At this point, you cannot cancel a registration or publication order online. Please call Minnesota CLE at 651-227-8266 or 800-759-8840 or email us at cservice@minncle.org.

Season Passholder Issues:
   
Q: Can I register online if I have a Season Pass?
  A: Yes, you will be recognized as a Season Passholder.
   
   
Q: I am a Season Passholder. Do I get 50% off of online materials, as well as hard copy materials?
  A: Yes, your discount will be applied. The annual subscription to the Online Library is also available to Passholders at 50% off.
