Client Interviewing and Advising (1 day)

There are many effective styles of legal interviewing and counseling and there is no set pattern of problems presented to attorneys by their clients. This course provides participants with the opportunity to work with individual clients and simulated corporate clients and will discuss firm policies, fee agreements, and the ability of the firm to respond to a variety of legal matters. Presentations will be videotaped and critiqued by faculty serving as potential clients.
