How to Give Forceful Presentations That Persuade (1 day)

This unique course is designed for litigators and non-litigators alike. Participants will make two presentations – one to a school board and one to a county board. Participants must persuade the school board to adopt a position for funding either sports or fine arts in the first exercise and persuade the county board to fund parks or development in the second exercise. Presentations will be videotaped and critiqued by faculty serving as board members. Specific skills and strategies will be taught and developed in student participants.
