• Jury research and voir dire
• Relationship of voir dire to the theory of the case
• Challenges for cause
• Peremptory challenges
• How to phrase questions that give information and those that get information
• How to deal with strengths and weaknesses of the case, client and witnesses
• Providing information about the facts, law and people involved
