System Requirements for Viewing On-Demand Seminars

If your computer does not meet the minimum required standards, you may not be able to view Minnesota CLE on-demand seminars. We strongly suggest that you click HERE to check your system prior to purchasing an on-demand seminar.

MOBILE DEVICES:

Your best educational experience will be on a computer, where you can clearly see the presenters and any PowerPoint presentation. However, if you have technical difficulty with your primary computer, you may have success using a mobile device. Click HERE and choose Player Requirements on the left, for mobile device system requirements.

BROWSERS / PLUG INS:

The software used to browse the Internet is called a “browser.” Examples are Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (Macs). We strongly encourage you to have at least two browsers installed on your system. If you have technical difficulty on the Internet with your typical browser, you may have success using the alternate browser.

Some users will be prompted to download and install Microsoft Silverlight upon opening the on-demand seminar (unless it is already installed on the user's computer). This will take only a minute or so, and will be a one-time only download. Please understand that installing Silverlight is a 2-part process – first you download, then you install. NOTE: Your firm might have restrictions in place so that users can't install programs on their computers. You should contact your IT department for further assistance in this case.
