Policy for
Exhibiting and Sponsoring
with Minnesota CLE
Effective January 1, 2008
Minnesota CLE conducts seminars which bring together groups of lawyers and law related professionals. Many of these events provide exhibition opportunities for companies and organizations wishing to promote products and services to these assembled groups.
Minnesota CLE will provide exhibitor and sponsor opportunities under the following terms:
Any entity wishing to enter into an exhibitor or sponsorship arrangement may apply in writing using the form provided by Minnesota CLE – available online at www.minncle.org.
Requests will be evaluated based on:
Type of product/services to be offered;
Available exhibition space;
Date of receipt of application when space is limited;
Type and number of attendees to be assembled at the event.
Exhibition fees are based on the anticipated number of conference attendees and other factors. Fees may be reduced or waived for non-profit service providers at the discretion of Minnesota CLE.
Certain products or services may be deemed not to be appropriate at certain events and cannot be promoted. All exhibitor content is subject to pre-approval by Minnesota CLE.
In some cases, exhibition opportunities may be linked to financial sponsorship of the conference.
Under no circumstances will exhibiting be permitted without prior written approval.
Minnesota CLE reserves the right to choose sponsors from the sponsorship applications at its sole discretion.
