ÿþ<head> <title>Minnesota CLE - Policy for Exhibiting and Sponsoring</title> <body topmargin="20" leftmargin="40" rightmargin="40"> <p><font face="Arial" size="5" color="#CC6633">Policy for Exhibiting and Sponsoring <br> with Minnesota CLE </font></p> <p><b><font face="Arial" size="2">Effective January 1, 2008</font></b></p> <p><font face="Arial" size="2">Minnesota CLE conducts seminars which bring together groups of lawyers and law related professionals. Many of these events provide exhibition opportunities for companies and organizations wishing to promote products and services to these assembled groups.</font></p> <p><font face="Arial" size="2">Minnesota CLE will provide exhibitor and sponsor opportunities under the following terms:</font></p> <ul type="square"> <li> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 16px"><font face="Arial" size="2"> Any entity wishing to enter into an exhibitor or sponsorship arrangement may apply in writing using the form provided by Minnesota CLE  available online at www.minncle.org.</font></li> <li> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3px"><font face="Arial" size="2"> Requests will be evaluated based on:</font> <ul> <li> <p style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">Type of product/services to be offered; </font></li> <li> <p style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">Available exhibition space;</font></li> <li> <p style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 3px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">Date of receipt of application when space is limited;</font></li> <li> <p style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 16px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">Type and number of attendees to be assembled at the event.</font></li> </ul> </li> <li> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 16px"><font face="Arial" size="2"> Exhibition fees are based on the anticipated number of conference attendees and other factors. Fees may be reduced or waived for non-profit service providers at the discretion of Minnesota CLE.</font></li> <li> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 16px"><font face="Arial" size="2"> Certain products or services may be deemed not to be appropriate at certain events and cannot be promoted. All exhibitor content is subject to pre-approval by Minnesota CLE.</font></li> <li> <p style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 16px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">In some cases, exhibition opportunities may be linked to financial sponsorship of the conference.</font></li> <li> <p style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 16px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">Under no circumstances will exhibiting be permitted without prior written approval.</font></li> <li> <p style="margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 16px"> <font face="Arial" size="2">Minnesota CLE reserves the right to choose sponsors from the sponsorship applications at its sole discretion. </font></li> </ul>
