The
Criminal Justice Institute provides education on a wide range of relevant topics
affecting those working in the criminal justice system today. The annual
institute attracts more than 600 practitioners in private practice,
public defenders, prosecutors, law enforcement and other related fields.
To apply for a select spot at this important conference, and gain exposure and
branding with this targeted audience of criminal justice professionals, submit
the application form. Please note that space is limited and all applications are
subject to Minnesota CLE approval.

Exhibit Hours:
Times noted here are approximate and subject to change. Final set-up and
tear-down hours will be sent to all exhibitors during the weeks immediately
preceding the event.
Monday, August 27: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday, August 28: 8:00 a.m.
– 3:45 p.m.

Payment must be returned within ten (10)
business days of receipt of confirmation from Minnesota CLE.

Booth placement is made at the discretion of
Minnesota CLE.

Any additional arrangements and costs (i.e.
shipping, electric service, phone service) are the sole responsibility of
the exhibitor and must be made through the venue. Please see
"Exhibiting at the Saint Paul RiverCentre"
for additional information.

Exhibit booths may be staffed by a maximum of
two (2) persons. Additional representatives must be registered to attend the
event.

Exhibitors agree to keep their display within
their assigned booth space.

Exhibitors are prohibited from distributing
promotional materials outside their assigned booth space.

Sharing of a booth by more than one company is
prohibited.
-
Exhibitors may not distribute food or beverages
without prior approval from Minnesota CLE.
-
Minnesota CLE is not responsible for any theft,
damage or loss of exhibitor property.
-
Attendee lists and course materials are NOT
distributed to exhibitors.
-
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the
Institute.

The exhibit space is located in the Kellogg
Concourse on the Ballroom Level.

Booths are 8' deep x 10' wide with black drape
and include a 6' table and two chairs.
Special requests can be accommodated. Please contact

Free wifi is available. Electric may be
ordered online at www.rivercentre.org. Click on
Exhibitor Services Online Ordering on the Exhibit dropdown menu. PLEASE NOTE: Although your booth may be near an outlet, exhibitors
are not allowed to make their own connections. If you do not order electric and choose to have service the day of the institute you will be
charged the same-day rate, which is higher than the standard rate. Also note
that if you will be ordering electric service you may want to bring your own
extension cord as your booth may be some distance from an outlet.
